Carion Holding Vagyonkezelő Zrt. was established as a spin-off company in May 2004 in Hungary, with registered capital of HUF 600 million, which has since risen to HUF 1 billion.

The Company is primarily engaged in asset management, and its task is to develop the Group's long-term business strategy. Amongst others, Its portfolio includes 3 successful financial companies. Besides asset management, the holding company has participated in several successful real estate development projects, either directly or indirectly through the companies owned by the group.
