Carion Zrt.

The Hungarian company, which forms the base of the Carion Group's market activity, was established by Hungarian private individuals in April 1994 with registered capital of HUF 10 million. Since the summer of 2006, the company has been operating as a privately-held company limited by shares, and its registered capital is currently HUF 100 million.

The Company's core activity was the sale of vehicles and property at special financing terms. Over the course of the Company's 23-year history, its customers bought vehicles as well as residential and commercial properties using the opportunities afforded by this facility.

Since 31 December 2005 the Company has not accepted any new contracts, and is currently focusing on serving its existing portfolio of customers.
